In order to give you an idea of projects handled by Pat Kelly and his crew, we have listed below some of the projects completed or presently being worked on.  Our specialty is taking an existing structure and updating and/or expanding it to make it more suitable for our customers' needs.

We have developed a good working relationship with various architects and engineers in this area.  We can recommend one to you or work with one you have selected.

Since we are a general contracting company, we will quote your job to include all subcontractors required to complete your project.  If a building permit is required, we will submit all applications and set up all inspections required by building code.

We are fully insured and use subcontractors who are fully insured and licensed, when required.

RENOVATION OF ESTATE PROPERTY IN PLEASANT VALLEY - MAIN HOUSE AND COTTAGE

This project was a total renovation of a main house and cottage located in Pleasant Valley.  This was a very challenging job because this house is an 1800's post and beam structure with low ceilings and out of square and out of plumb walls and floors. RHINEBECK RENOVATION

Over the course of the last several years, Pat Kelly and his crew have worked on this residence in stages.  This house, originally a 19th century carriage house and stable, has been featured in the Summer 2009 issue of Hudson Valley Home Magazine, "A Classic Conversion" and most recently featured in the Winter 2009 issue of Renovation Style Magazine, "Stable Life".
